Directories connect you to suppliers and stop there — you take on all the vetting, quality and risk yourself. We do the vetting, inspect every order, and stay accountable for the outcome, not just the introduction.
What does it cost? +
Our fee is built into your sourced pricing on a per-order basis to start, with no separate charge for a first trial RFQ. As the relationship grows, some clients move to a monthly arrangement covering ongoing category management.
What if the parts don't meet spec? +
We inspect before shipment specifically to catch this. If something does slip through, resolution terms are defined in our agreement upfront — you're not left negotiating with an unresponsive factory on your own.
Do you handle tariffs and customs? +
Yes — we track current duty rates and classification for your components and build them into your landed cost estimate, so there are no surprises at the border.
What component types do you source? +
